This product has been structured by FGS FORTEG GROUP SWISS with private Capital and private banks, having excellent loan funds options for project finance, being the applicant beneficiary of the flexible loan conditions.
To be beneficiary of our Loan Funds Option, the applicant shall be Client of FGS FORTEG GROUP SWISS and bank; for such purpose we will assist the client to open the corresponding accounts at de desgined bank. The Loan Process as follows:
FGS will invite to the Applicant to become its Client.
FGS will assists the client in the loan process, whose costs/fees are in charge of the Applicant. If the Applicant has not capability to guarantee the loan, FGS will arrange assets in equivalence of the loan amount requested under special conditions.
FGS. and the Applicant will sign a Loan/Financing Agreement. A Shares Assignment Agreement will be signed with the Applicant. Upon loan funds have been released by the Bank, Fornex will begin the loan funds disbursement to funding the Applicant’ project or business.
